The North Shore Center for Facial Plastic & Cosmetic SurgeryLLC is located in Northfield, just 20 minutes from downtown Chicago and just seconds off I-94 West or the Edens Expressway. The Chicago Downtown office is conveniently located on Michigan Avenue, seconds from the landmark Water Tower. The Northwest office is located at St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates and the South Chicago office is located at University of Chicago Hospital on South Maryland Avenue

You may arrange a consultation at a choice of four office locations: Northfield, Downtown Chicago, the University of Chicago Hospitals and at St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates.
